Dicer: Carruthers AE5100 dicer (like new)
Carruthers Auto-Slicer/Dicer, model 5100, with two-dimensional cut using crosscut
spiral knife. Slicer utilizes continuous flow of product on infeed conveyor which can
accommodate product up to 12" wide. Product is controlled by a floating top feed
conveyor with adjustable pitch and weight, holding the product in place it moves into
the crosscut slicing zone. Product throughput can be in excess of 5,000 pounds per hour
depending on product. All food-grade construction with crosscut blade currently set
at 1-1/2". The unit is 230V, 3Ph, 60Hz. Unit is complete with spare circular and cross cut
